2. Data we process

• What you send by WhatsApp or phone (name, number, sport, goals or availability) so we can reply and arrange a trial or sign-up.
• Technical connection data that hosting (Amazon Web Services: S3 and CloudFront) may log to deliver and protect the site. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.

There is no email form on the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Enquiries and sign-ups: information, trial or enrolment. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or consent.
• Site operation: serving pages, security, language and cookie consent. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent.
• Site statistics: Google Analytics 4 only if you consented to analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent.

4. Retention

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you join, for the duration of that relationship. Hosting logs follow the provider’s usual retention.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. The following may process it:

• Amazon Web Services, for website hosting. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google LLC processes technical browsing data for Google Analytics 4.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited if you write on WhatsApp. That channel is governed by WhatsApp’s terms; some processing may occur outside the EEA under Meta’s published safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where that is the legal basis. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( www.aepd.es).
